1. Definitions

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and all Account credentials. You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

jp6769 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. All deposits must originate from a financial account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and potential Account suspension.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation by your financial institution. In rare cases, technical issues or bank processing delays may result in longer processing times. jp6769 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

5.3 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your jp6769 Account details. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 for bank transfers and Rp 50,000 for e-wallets, unless otherwise specified. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account status.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

6.4 Bonus Abuse

jp6769 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or that the bonus has been obtained or used fraudulently. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using bonuses in conjunction with other Players to guarantee profits; employing betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions; and wagering only on low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered by jp6769 are provided by licensed third-party suppliers who employ certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined purely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. jp6769 does not operate the underlying game software and cannot influence game results in any way. 7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination:

8. Account Suspension and Closure

We will provide notification of suspension and the reason for such action unless disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation. 8.2 Self-Exclusion

11. Indemnification

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia - BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Indonesian at the parties' mutual agreement. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.

14. Entire Agreement
